You are responsible for securely shipping your paddle to our facility. Please ensure it is well-packaged to avoid any damage during transit. Upon receipt, your paddle will undergo a thorough inspection to ensure it meets our acceptance criteria. This process can take several days. If your paddle is accepted, a gift card will be issued as your trade-in reward. The value of the gift card will be based on the condition and model of the paddle received. We will keep you updated via email at each key step: when your paddle is received and when the gift card is issued. Shipping Information

Only trade paddles that:

Are playable and match what you have selected
Do not have dings, dents, excessive wear, deep scratches, or sky-marks.
Do not have a rattle, cracked head, or a bent or cracked shaft.
Do not have "demo" or "not for resale" engraved or stamped.
And have all appropriate logos.
If the padded is not received, the gift card will not be issued.

The client recognizes they are responsible for shipping charges and must include the packing slip with the shipment.
